2. What’s your MOQ?
- a: It's 10pcs each model for our LHOTSE Brand.
- b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), generally it's 200 each color for 1000pcs at least.
3.What's the delivery time ?
a: For LHOTSE branded items in stock , after you confirm and make payment , 3~5 days we can delivery
b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .
4.How about your products quality ?
All the products we produce are waterproof and 100% machine tested.
5. How about the Guarantee period and after-sale services?
- a: Movement warranty 1 year, battery, glass, strap, case not included.
-b: If some wrist watch not working please make some photos and contact us, then keep them and send back to us every 6 month,also you can basic on the quantity waitting them to be a dozen.(because of shipping cost)
We will repair them when get it and resend it with your new order together.
6. What's the good services?
- a: We will send you the package photos, invoice and packing list for you to check before ready to ship.
